30 DAY PRODUCTIVITY CHALLENGE
This 30 Day challenge starts with an initial Productivity Skills workshop where participants learn the key concepts and behaviours required to increase their personal productivity. The definition, measurement and improvement of Productivity for individual roles are discussed and analysed during a brainstorming session. The participants work on individual improvement plans which are then implemented over a 30 day period. Everyone receives a Time Log template to record their time use during this period.
At the end of the challenge period, another workshop is held to review the participants’ findings and ideas for further improvement. At this stage, the focus is on how the team can work together to make long-term improvements to business processes and behaviours to ensure any increase in productivity is sustained. We can produce an optional Organisational Productivity Improvement recommendations report to help implement organisation-wide measures and changes to improve Productivity and Performance.
